These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the www.lavoixdesonmetre.com website.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.

The www.lavoixdesonmetre.com website reserves the right to modify these conditions. The applicable conditions are then those in force at the time of placing the order.

ITEMS AND PRICES:

The items offered and sold on www.lavoixdesonmetre.com are handcrafted, variations may appear from one item to another. The articles are illustrated by one or more photos. The dimensions are given in the descriptive text of the article. The photographs are not necessarily those of the items you will receive, the nature of the wood makes each item unique in terms of aesthetics. Its functionality will remain the same.

Prices are in Euros, all taxes included and exclude shipping costs.

Shipping costs vary according to the amount of the order and the destination of the order and are indicated to the buyer when validating the basket.

PAYMENT:

To pay for their order on the www.lavoixdesonmetre.com website, the consumer has a secure payment method by credit card, bank transfer or cheque made out to La Voix de son Mètre.

 

DELIVERY: 

Please check your delivery details when placing your order so that it is sent to the desired address. www.lavoixdesonmetre.com accepts no liability for any delay or non-delivery due to the transmission of incorrect or incomplete information about the delivery address you have provided to us.

 

For metropolitan France, you will be delivered within an average of 5 to 15 days maximum from the validation of the payment of your basket on www.lavoixdesonmetre.com, or receipt of the check, except for custom-ordered items where this period can reach 21 days, in this case, mention will be made in the description of the item.

Shipping rates vary depending on the nature of the items ordered and their geographical destination. Their amount is indicated to you when the order is placed and before it is validated. Your orders are delivered in neat packaging that is adapted to the item ordered.

 

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, RETURNS:

 All items delivered in Metropolitan France can be reimbursed except for those that have been personalized. The buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

During this period, the buyer can return the items to the address below, without having to justify the reason. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition. They must not have been worn or damaged under any circumstances. Otherwise, the items will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged.

The product(s) must be returned to the following address:

La voix de son Metre – 438 chemin du domaine de Vars – 63520 Estandeuil

Returns must be made by mail by Colissimo. If the buyer does not use a Colissimo courier, he will be held responsible for its delivery. La Voix de son Mètre will not accept a return for delivery to a relay point, only returns to the above address will be accepted.

In the event of loss of the package, no refund will be accepted and the buyer will have to contact the delivery services hired to obtain compensation.

In addition, the buyer undertakes to communicate the tracking number of the package as soon as possible by email admin@lavoixdesonmetre.com.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer with the exception of a defective item upon receipt, or an error when sending the item. www.lavoixdesonmetre.com will refund the buyer for returned items only (the costs of shipping and processing the package remain the responsibility of the buyer), subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned above.

The refund will be made by bank transfer after communication of the customer’s bank details.
